1. Helps you sleep better: - It helps with sleep as your heart rate is at rest so your body is at peace. On-going sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart and kidney disease as well as high blood pressure, diabetes and worse even a stroke. So go get a move on, run and sleep at the right time.

2. Increases brain power :- Research proves that doing aerobic activities increases the neuron reserves in the hippo-campus area of the brain responsible for learning.

3. Reduce heart risk: - You've probably heard people say that exercise is medicine. Studies have shown that running can help prevent obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, some cancers and a host of other unpleasant conditions. So run my friends, run for the betterment of your-selves.

4. Reduces overall weight:- Doing any cardiovascular activity creates very little muscle breakdown, as the intake of oxygen increases fat in your system burns. So, the higher the intensity of your workout the more muscle breakdown you create.

5. Reduces depression:- Running helps reduce depression as it takes your mind off negative thoughts and helps you focus on your stride and breathing.

So I recommend that you find some time in the day and go for a quick run... Even around the block is fine. Start slow (do short rounds and then eventually longer ones). Keep yourself motivated to do more. Keep Zedging!!!
