All About Fitness

My name is Zal Thanawala,  founder of Zedge Fitness. Fitness is my passion, and with this website, I hope to help you discover the joys of a healthy lifestyle, and show you just how simple it is to keep fit and eat right. I am a certified trainer from the K11 Academy and have also done research on numerous wellness-related topics including physiotherapy, gym workout routines, outdoor workouts, and nutrition, as well as research on different illnesses and how to treat them naturally. My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.
